Overview

As the very concept of banking evolves, we find an ever-growing number of financial institutions seeking out growth and efficiencies through the application of financial technologies. In May, Bank Director presents: Experience FinXTech – an event that connects 250-300 key business leaders from across the financial industry.

Over a two-day period, we take a close look at the implications of technology on the business of banking, and explore how and where banks might generate top-line growth and bottom-line profits through the cultivation of new business relationships, collaboration and strategic investments.

  • How much does this event cost and what does the fee cover?

    The standard individual registration rate is $1,695; however, attendees should contact our conference department at 877-397-7595 or events@finxtech.com for special early and group rates. This fee includes all event activities, materials and meals at the event site. This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

  • What if I need to cancel my reservation at the event?

    We acknowledge that the coronavirus has been tough for all of us in the financial community — as well as our communities at large. Like most companies, Bank Director tracks the COVID-19 situation in a number of ways; for instance, keeping up-to-date with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local health authorities and federal agencies.

    We want to give you the utmost assurance that all measures are in place for our Experience FinXTech event to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our participants. We are proceeding with that event on May 7-8 at the Omni Nashville Hotel, and look forward to hosting everyone.

    We Are Working Closely With the Omni
    We are working closely with our partners at the Omni Nashville Hotel in monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following guidance issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities. While there have been no travel restrictions or local ordinances indicating imminent risk in Nashville, the hotel remains vigilant in utilizing appropriate precautionary measures.

    The hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning high touch point areas such as elevator buttons, doorknobs, public areas and implementing deep-clean guest room procedures while also increasing the number and availability of hand sanitizer stations.

    As this situation evolves, the Omni Nashville Hotel will continue to follow recommended measures by health authorities and make operational changes and consider additional precautionary measures, as necessary.

    In addition, to protect the health and safety of the overall community, there will be no attendees from outside of the U.S. permitted to register. We can, however, provide content through our On Demand portal on BankDirector.com.

    Cancellation Policy for Experience FinXTech
    Due to the COVID-19 situation, if you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, Bank Director will provide you with a credit in the amount paid to be applied to one of our upcoming Bank Director and/or FinXTech events, good for up to one year following the conference.

  • Can I bring a guest?

    Yes, we do have a guest program. The guest rate of $100 covers breakfast on Thursday and Friday, as well as all evening receptions. Guests are not allowed to attend sessions. If a guest would like to attend the sessions, please register them as an attendee. A guest is a spouse, significant other or friend who is not in a financial services occupation. A co-worker (even a spouse co-worker) or an associate within the financial services industry is not considered a guest and should register as an attendee.
