The Conference For Fintech Leaders and Fintech Investors

Held in tandem with Bank Director’s well known Acquire or be Acquired Conference, this one and a half day program is focused on fintech M&A, IPOs and Partnerships, as well as:

  • SPACs and IPOs: who are the winners
  • How do I buy a fintech?
  • Reseller agreements and partnerships that drive sales
  • What do banks expect of fintech partners
  • Which corporates are serial buyers

Get smarter faster, and learn about the transactions that are driving the fintech industry and the go-to-market strategies that are working. Over 400 top executive teams from banks will convene at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge to talk bank M&A, strategy and growth.  At the same time, FinXTech will host top fintech founders and investors to exchange critical insights on the transactions market for fintechs and key relationships that drive growth.


The rate includes all conference activities, materials, meals and beverages at the event site. The price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

Conference Rates
Early Individual Rate: $1,495 (expires October 1, 2021. Payment must be received by offer expiration in order to receive the special rate.)
Standard Individual Rate: $1,795

Standard Group Rate: $1,495 (For groups of 3 or more from the same company.)

Conference registration includes admittance to all conference activities and the conference materials. Payment will be accepted by check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
