Andrew Spicehandler, Executive Director, Investment Banking, Financial Institutions Group, J.P. Morgan
The fundamental nature of how financial products are manufactured, distributed and serviced has been forever changed by technology. We discuss why these fundamental changes lead to growth and disintermediation, with valuation implications for the incumbents and disruptors – a phenomenon we expect for the foreseeable future. Incumbents must re-establish their customer value proposition and determine where to join forces, and where to compete against fintech innovators or risk being left behind

To Integrate or Not to Integrate
Steve Charlebois, Managing Director, Semler Brossy Consulting Group LLC
Mike Rozman, CEO & Co-Founder, BoeFly Inc.
Frank Sorrentino III, Chairman & CEO, ConnectOne Bank
Moderated by: Al Dominick, CEO, Bank Director & FinXTech
During the deal, integration issues are discussed, but after the close they become real. Some choose to integrate and others decide to hold their entities apart. Either way, management, financial systems, compensation programs and culture have to work together. These issues hold the keys to unlocking the value of the deal.

What Bankers and Regulators Expect of Fintech Partners
Greg Garry, Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, The Bancorp, Inc.

3:20 PM – 4:00 PM
The Future of Financial Delivery
Lee Wetherington, Senior Director of Strategy, Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.
Traditional banks like J.P. Morgan, as well as community banks, plan to stay in the game. Neo banks are building for specific consumers and businesses, vertical SaaS companies want their piece of financial delivery, and there are large tech companies embracing and retreating from delivering financial services. How will this all shake out? What does the environment look like in 2025?
